As They Grow Up

Angel Tree Christmas: A Program of Prison Fellowship

Angel Tree Ministry of Prison FellowshipThis year, the Prison Fellowship has selected the Zonderkidz NIrV Adventure Bible for Early Readers as their Bible choice, in English, for this year’s Angel Tree Program. This is the first time that the Prison Fellowship has been able to offer a free Bible to every one of the Angel Tree families it serves, which is anticipated to be more than 140,000 Bibles for 2016.

What is Angel Tree Christmas:
Angel Tree is a ministry that reaches out to children of prisoners and their families with the love of Christ, offering churches an opportunity to share Christ’s love by serving the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the families of prisoners.

More On The Angel Tree Christmas Program
If you, your church, or your groups and organizations are looking for a worthy Christmas charity project, we encourage you to consider Angel Tree. The Angel Tree program helps makes Christmas a little more joyful for children who have a parent in prison.

Registered volunteers are provided with info on a child (or children) in need and have the fun job of Christmas shopping for the children. A gift guide is provided and the suggested spend is only $15-$25 per child. Prison Fellowship works to ensure that the children receive a message of faith, hope and God’s love. While gifts do not replace the presence of a parent, your generous giving and volunteer work helps ensure that these little ones do not get forgotten on Christmas.
