It’s hard to believe that it’s Back-to-School time already. It seems like summer has just begun and now I seeing all the sales going on to kick us off to Back-to-School. One of the bigger purchases in our house is always clothes. Not sure how they manage to do it but all the kids seems to grow out of all their current clothes which means of course new clothes for school. This year we decided to give a Kohl’s a go for Back-to-School clothes shopping and I was very impressed with what we found.
We opted to shop online since we knew we wouldn’t be making it to Kohl’s in the next couple of weeks. First off the site is super easy to navigate through. I love how everything is broken down by style or brand. I found it very easy to find what I was looking for instead of having to search through ten pages of clothing. Second, I was impressed with how fast everything shipped. Normally it seems to take at least a week to get clothing that’s ordered online. I ordered it on a Friday evening and it by the following Tuesday.
With $100 to spend, I was able to get my two year old an adorable outfit for starting fall and my teenage daughter a pair of jeans, one layering shirt, one button up shirt and then just a tee shirt. Here are a couple of pictures from what we got. I wasn’t able to get my daughter in them since she is working two jobs this summer and rarely at home so I put on the layering shirt and I admit that I have grown rather fond of the SuperGirl shirt. My boys tell me I’m Super Mom in it 🙂
The red button up shirt she wore for her senior pictures but we just got the proofs back the other day. She looks adorable in it with her dark hair and big blue eyes. Although Kohl’s obviously caries many different brands, I was delighted to find that everything came fitting pretty true to size which is always great.
All in all we were very satisfied with our purchase. If you are starting to gear up for Back-to-School be sure to check Kohl’s as well. They have a nice selection of lunchboxes, back packs, room decor for those soon to be college students and much more!
