A few weeks back I shared with you a unique summer online experience for kids called Brain Chase. This is online adventure brings reading, writing and math to a whole new and exciting level. As kids work through the program they unlock clues to a real life treasure! One lucky participant will even get to unlock the mystery and travel to get the treasure. By visiting the Dashboard Demo you can see what this program has to offer.
This years mission is The Sunstone of Cortes. Watch the trailer below to get a sneak peek at this adventure!
Teacher Referral Program:
Brain Chase is offering $15 to teachers for each of their students they refer to Brain Chase. Registrants who hear about Brain Chase from a teacher can simply enter that teacher’s name and school name at registration. Kids fight summer brain drain to win a treasure… and teachers win too! Download the flyer here.
New partnership with Rosetta Stone:
All Brain Chase registrants will now have the opportunity to choose to participate in a language module as part of their online academic work. The language module, if selected, will replace the writing module. Students will be allowed to choose from 30+ languages when they register, and will have a week at the beginning of the program in which to switch languages if they prefer.
Get a first peek at the actual Sunstone!
The Sunstone of Cortés trophy is completed. Here you can see a video of the Sunstone being made. It is about 12 inches in diameter and has mechanically rotating components that open to reveal the center compartment, where the key to retrieve the $10,000 prize will be hidden.
The fun officially begins on June 22! Don’t wait until then to sign up though! If you sign up using this unique code: ASTHEYGROWUP15 …. you’ll save 15% off your registration! Brain Chase has generously offered to give one of our lucky readers a chance to win a registration to Brain Chase! How cool is that!
