With May being National Bike Month, I’m excited to share an awesome product from Outdoor Tech that we have been using for about a month. The Buckshot is a super-portable, multi-functional, rugged and water-resistant wireless speaker.
The Outdoor Tech Buckshot Bluetooth Speaker wirelessly connects with your phone, tablet, laptop or any other Blutetooth-enabled device. It also offers a speakerphone. The build-in mic makes it possible, so you can receive hands-free calls anywhere, anytime. We have tried this and the call quality is top-notch. You can also call out using the speaker as well which was found out on accident. ☺
So what about sound quality? We all know this is important. Nothing is worse than trying to listen to music on a speaker that doesn’t deliver a clear sound. With the Buckshot you basically get zero destortion even at max volume levels. Now obviously we have chosen to use this speaker on our bikes as you can see above, but for those that are just looking for a rugged speaker to toss in a bag for backpacking, hiking or just for outdoor activities, this is still the way to go. The Buckshot offers up to a 32 foot range using the bluetooth which great!

Hands down this is one of the best speakers we have tried. You can attach it to the bike, toss it in a bag and not have to woryr since it’s both shock-resistant and dust-proof. It’s IPX5 Water-resistance rating means that a little water won’t hurt it either!
