Casio Exilim Ex-FS10

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love my SLR camera. It was what I had asked for and what my hubby bought me. However, there are just times when I don’t want to drag around a heavy, bulky camera. For instance, going to a restaurant to celebrate a birthday or going to the park with the kids.

I had researched numerous cameras and stumbled across the Casio EX-FS10 . This is a great little camera that is about the size and thickness of my cell phone. It’s so easy to just toss in a bag or my back pocket and out the door I go. I am not never without a camera in hand (or pocket!).

First off, it takes 9.1 megapixel images and has a 3X zoom that is corner mounted. The screen is HUGE – 2.5-inch wide LCD, so not only is the picture quality great, but you are able to see it easily on the screen. Below are a few pictures that I have snapped using the Casio Exilim EX-FS10

Casio EX-FS10 digital camera also captures videos at 1280 x 720 pixel, it also does great high-speed videos. Here is a high speed video that I took using the Casio EX-FS10. My son was actually running down the beach in this video.

There is one other feature about the Casio EX-FS10 that I wanted to touch on. I love the Slow Motion View. The slow motion view comes in handy if you are trying to get a picture of a fast moving scene. You simple press the slow motion button and you are still able to see the image in the camera even after it is gone in real life. This is an amazing feature and would come in perfect in a place like Sea World.
