First off I have to say that I can’t believe that I am already making Christmas Cards! It seriously seems like just yesterday I was making them for our family and friends. It’s true that this year has flown by but we sure have made some wonderful memories!
We have done photo cards for around seven years. Since we have family and friends that live away, this is an awesome way to say Merry Christmas as well as them receiving a picture of the kids. When it comes to designing my cards I want something that is not only quick and easy to use but also bring a fantastic quality card to the table. This year our family tried Cardstore.com! Not only will they print, stamp and mail your cards, but it’s super easy to use. It didn’t take me hours to design a Christmas card like in the past. Not only will they mail the cards for you but you can even schedule your cards to go out by a certain date which is nice. That way you can design you have down time and schedule them to go out at a later date! Seriously, what other store does this? I am terrible at never having stamps on hand so having to not worry about all that is GREAT!! Especially during this busy time of year!
If you are someone that likes to put a personal touch to your photo cards, then with CardStore.com you can actually write your message out by hand, scan it and send it to them. This is the first company that I have known to do this and it’s really cool!!
You can search for your perfect card based on the picture you want to use, by art style or by type (funny, religious, business, etc). I chose the religious as you can see above and one that held four pictures. With two older daughters it’s really hard to get everyone together at one time just for Christmas cards, so I use what I can since they always complain if they don’t look perfect for pictures.
All in all I was very happy with the entire process using CardStore.com and it also saved me time that I was able to pull pictures in from my computer, Facebook, etc. which is always a nice feature! The prices were extremely reasonable for the awesome quality and I love that I now have an address book set so that next time I can quickly select who I need.
