When it comes to wearing shoes I am one that prefers the minimalist soles. I have for several years now. I wear them for hiking, lifting weights, HIIT workouts and just simply for every day wear. These shoes provide the most comfort for me and I have no desire to really try any other style. The thought of a heavier shoe just makes me cringe.
Recently I had the opportunity to try the Bio Earth Runners Sandal and they are AMAZING and I’m not just saying that. The Injinji Wool Socks are super comfy which I admit I did have my doubts about and warm so I don’t think twice about wearing these out during the cold days we have been having! These socks actually keep my feet warmer than my tennis shoes.

Being that I am a fan of minimalist shoes, these are hands-down the most comfortable that I have worn. They truly do feel like I am walking barefoot which is awesome. I could go without shoes all the time if it were possible, but in the real world we all know that isn’t so. I have worn these shoes during all the activities that I would normally wear a minimalist tennis shoe and they just keep impressing me. My six year old keeps asking for a pair that he can wear since he also a HUGE fan of minimalist shoes (that’s all he has ever worn).
These shoes are easy on and off which is awesome. Once you get them adjusted then you can easily slip them on your feet. It did take me a little while to initially adjust the straps, but there is an awesome step-by-step video that showed me just how to do that.
I also have to mention the sizing since this is something I always research when purchasing a shoe. I will read review after review to see how a particular style runs since it can be a pain to send shoes back. The Earth Runners run very true to size. I wear a size 8 in women in order that size and it fits perfect. They do have a size chart you can go by and if by chance you can’t get an exact match when it comes to size, they can create a custom pair of Earth Runners for you!

If you are a fan of minimalist shoes then you are going to love these shoes and chances are these might replace your current favorite like they have mine. If you have never tried a minimalist shoes, then you really should give these a chance. I am sure that you won’t regret it one bit! Like I mentioned that only problem I have had with these shoes was when I first had to adjust the strap but once adjusted I have been good to go!
