Yes, I’m one of those parents that still hasn’t finished Easter basket shopping yet. Not only is Easter Sunday, but so is my little dudes 8th birthday. Today is my day to wrap up and I have a super long list of errands. One of the many stops that I make today will be at our local Wal-mart to get the Mystery Flavored Peeps since they are just a $1. My boys have tried these already and loved them!
The Mystery Peeps are a special flavor known only by the creators-Walmart & Peeps. Flavors can range from sweet, tangy, fruity or zesty and are hatched here in the USA.
We use the same bowl baskets every year and luckily I have always been able to find them at Walmart when a little one was born, but for those that are looking for new or additional baskets this year, Walmart has a great selection.
So now that we have our baskets, what are we going to fill them with? Eggs are one of the things my boys expect in their baskets. They have a huge variety of plastic eggs that we I have picked up to put candies, treasures and money in. We have also decorated with the sparkle plastic eggs we found at Walmart. They also have a variety of toys they are offering for Easter such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Paw Patrol and Frozen.
So if you are like me and still working on completing the baskets, don’t forget to swing by your local Walmart to see what they may have!
