It’s Friday, and you know what that means?  That means that we have an awesome new free printable to share with our readers. 

I’ve had a very hard time getting my four year old to grasp rhyming words until I created him this printable.  Once we started doing this, something just clicked. He finally understands that rhyming isn’t using the same word.  Before the cards, he would say for example: Cat and Kitty Cat rhyme because they both use the word cat.  All it took was putting three different cards in the pocket chart and having him dismiss the one that didn’t rhyme. We also place use them in a matching game with his brother.
