Let’s face it. Life is not only beautiful and amazing, but it’s also hectic and stressful at times. We need to have a little time to just clear our thoughts and our minds. When my girls were growing up, as odd as it may seem, I used the time driving to and from work to clear my mind. To just take in the silence. However, for the past eight-years I have been a SAHM as well as a homeschooling mom, so quiet time is rather obsolete. That’s where meditation comes into play for me. Not only does it help me relieve stress and clear my mind, but it just feels amazing. I also encourage my oldest son to give it a try daily.
