I love when I am able to find cool yet adorable (he is my baby) clothes for my 2-year-old. He is always on the go and the typical boy. He loves cars, motorcycles and all those wonderful activities. Hip on Sunset has the best variety when it comes to finding what he loves.
We recently received these amazing pajamas from Hip on Sunset. They are made from 100% interlock cotton and are not treated with the harsh flame resistant chemicals that harm your child. However, they are made to be worn snug. The overall fit and feel of these pj’s are amazing! They are lightweight and perfect for those cool fall or winter nights. Shrinkage and fading? I know you all are wondering this, because I wonder about these things as well. We haven’t experienced this at all with these pajamas. As for the sizing, they do run a bit small. I ordered Davis a size 4T and usually he wears a 2T. The shirt is roomy, but by the end of winter they will fit him perfectly.
Created by longtime friends Amy Stecklein and Jennifer Wallace in 2008, Hip On Sunset gives your little one a hip or chic option for the pj’s and even t-shirts. The sleepwear is tattoo inspired by the rock culture that Jennifer and Amy have seen through the concerts that they have frequented. Each pair of pajamas is complemented with it’s own limerick to honor he free spirits of future designers, musicians and artists!
I wanted to tell you a little about their t-shirt line. Those were the first things that caught my eye. They are very different than alot of toddler designs on the market today, but that is one thing that makes them so appealing. The shirts are available in black and are also made from 100% interlocked cotton. At first, I thought Davis was only getting a pair of jammies, but once the package arrived at our door it also included the shirt you see pictured here. This was a perfect shirt for him! He loves motorcycles! It too has washed and worn excellent on him. The material is soo soft!!
If you are looking for excellent made, fantastic customer service and a unique line of children’s clothes then I would recommend checking out Hip on Sunset!!
