
I just finished watching the videos for starting my week 1 and looked at all the amazing recipes. You do get a sample meal plan, but you get tons of recipes. With this meal plan he states that you can follow it to a T or you can mix and match your favorites. Now I for one love that the recipes are set up to make two servings. This is great if you have a spouse you are having prepare food for as well or you like extras in order to have leftovers. Yes, in the plan he does have you use the leftovers which I LOVE!! One thing that has always turned me off on eating plans in the past is that every day is different and who has that kinda of time and money to buy that much food up and over half go to waste? So this is definitely a plus when it comes to this plan.
You aren’t eating foods that have difficult recipes or long lists of ingredients. There are no weighing and no measuring .. Win, Win!! You also get one free day for the week. I always take a free day so I love that this plan still gives me that. But honestly once you see the delicious recipes and food ideas you will question if you really need a free day.
So I have talked about the food… can you tell I am a major foodie? Now let’s talk about exercise in case you are curious. You will get two workouts a week. You can choose to do only do those two (which can be done at home) or you can add more. I for one will be adding more, but that’s because I already workout six days a week, but for two days I will incorporate the workouts that I am sent. I haven’t had the chance to preview one yet but I have heard wonderful things about them!
