Recently we heard of the product Kabrita and I admit that it sparked my interest. My boys actually prefer goat milk and cheese so I was curious to check this product out.
Kabrita is a new goat milk based formula and yogurt product created for toddlers who suffer from cow milk intolerance. The founders, Dr. Kate Morrison, N.D. and Carolyn Ansley developed Kabrita out of necessity when it was impossible to find goat milk based products on the market to cater to each of their child’s own needs.
We tried the yogurt pouches at our house and both my seven year old and four year old really enjoyed them. The nice thing about these pouches is that I can toss them in a bag and go and we get a yogurt consistency instead of just puree fruit, which is what most pouches contain. Their favorite was the Banana & Natural Vanilla bean.
Kabrita is easy to digest as goat milk shares properties with human milk which includes smaller fat globules and gentel proteins that are easy on the little tummies. Enriched with great-tasting non-GMO formulas and yogurts, each product contains no added salt, preservatives or artificial flavors. It also provides a special blend of vitamins and minerals.
Kabrita Goat Milk Yogurt and Fruit comes in three delicious flavors:
