Kodak Easyshare Z1015IS 10 MP Digital Camera with 15xOptical Image Stabilized Zoom
I recently received a Kodak EasyShare Z1015 IS camera and I must say that his is a fantastic camera. I can honestly say that it’s like getting the SLR without the weight and bulk.
Picture quality on the EasyShare camera is great. Kodak EasyShare Z1015IS offer 10MP resolution and an impressive Schneider-Kreuznach 15x optical zoom and 28mm wide-angle lens, this versatile camera allows consumers to capture both long distances and wide-angle shots. The image quality of the Z1015 IS is further enhanced with its ability to take HD still images (16:9 aspect ratio) and video (720p at 30fps), which can be viewed on the camera’s large 3-inch LCD screen.
Kodak is all about helping us with create memories, so what better time to use this camera but for Mother’s Day. It is very rare that we can get all our family together. However, we lucked up this Mother’s Day and were able to get my husbands family and my family together. Ofcourse being the shutterbug that I am, I couldn’t resist all the great photo opts and what better camera to use to capture these than my Kodak EasyShare Z1015 IS. Here is a little slide show I created with pictures that were taken using the Kodak EasyShare.
Now, as we all know that it gets into money to buy an SLR with video capabilities. However, since the Kodak EasyShar Z1015IS has those great SLR options but with the added bonus of video. I love when a camera has that option and I especially love when it’s easy to use. With one twist of a nob, I am able to go from photo to video. The video quality is great and the LCD screen is 3-inch in size and offers a vibrant display of colors. The visibility was quite impressive in outdoor shots too, which is generally where LCD screens tend to give a rather dull and inadequate display. I wanted to show you the quality of the sound and picture using the video mode. Below is just a quick little video of my son playing in the rocking chair.
