Mayah Kay’s Mommy and Me Leggings Plus 20% Off

I am not typically one to buy into the latest and greatest in the ever changing world of fashion.  I am known to wear the same clothes from year to year.  I tend to pick very classic styles that rarely ever go out of style so that I am not left feeling broke each season or looking like a blast from the past.  With that being said, there is a piece of fashion that I have been intrigued with for about a year but haven’t stepped outside my comfort zone until very recently to give them a try.  Any guesses on what I am speaking of?  The ever popular, printed leggings of course!  I love them but have always felt I should steer clear of prints, especially on my hinus.  I have always felt the need to minimize that area rather than enhance it with big prints.

For this review, Mayah Kay Fashion Boutique graciously sent me a pair of mommy and me leggings.  As I mentioned above, I LOVE them!  I opted for the black and white patchwork.  They arrived in the mail quickly and very nicely packaged.  Upon eagerly opening them up out of the packaging I quickly noticed how soft they were.  It is one thing to read or hear of something being one way and it’s completely different to actually see and feel for yourself.  That is what it was like with the softness of these leggings. They are one size fits most which admittedly scared me at first but the more I put them on the more they stretched to accommodate all that needed covered.  Thankfully they didn’t rip and more importantly, I wasn’t left with a crazy camel toe 😉 Caroline is in a size 4T so we opted for the small/medium and they fit her great.  Her little face was adorable when I showed her we would be matching. Once people noticed that our leggings were indeed matching, we were flooded with questions on where to buy.

 I think what I love the most about these leggings is that they are very versatile.  You can wear them with a simple shirt, a longer tunic or under a dress.
