I workout at home and have for the past three years. Basically I have everything I need to get a great workout using barbells, dumbbells, & resistant bands. However, the one thing I was lacking is the resistance loop bands. Recently I have been switching up my workouts and ran across several lower body workouts that called for the loop bands, and with summer around the corner…this girl needs to work on her butt and legs!
