Pfizer Pediatric Products

SickJustGotRealMnemonic_OnWhiteLet’s face it. No one wants their children to be sick, but it’s something that’s pretty hard to avoid during the certain times of the year. My kiddos are rarely sick, but something about the arrival of Spring always brings on a week of “achoos” and mild fevers.

When we do have to battle blues and beat the to “achoos” in our family, I always reach for a brand that I’ve trusted for many years, Prizer Pediatrics. My mother used some of these products on me as a child and I have used them with my children since my oldest (now 24) was a baby.DSC_0441

Just this past month, we were hit with our first virus. Both boys had terrible coughs and prevented them from being able to sleep and both had very high fevers. Luckily I always keep Children’s Advil® on hand, so I was ready to go with that. I was first introduced to Children’s Advil® several years ago and now it’s the only pain/fever reducer I keep in our cabinets for the boys. It works perfect every time.

Why Children’s Advil®ChildrensAdvilMnemonic
As I mentioned, for us it works perfectly. When the boys have taken on a major hike or a long bike ride, I give them the recommended dose of Children’s Advil® and in not time the pain eases off.  When they are sick, once again Children’s Advil® is a no-brainer in our house.

It helps to ease their aches and pains, while reducing their fever fast.  It’s the perfect solution for kids as young as 2 and up to 11.  Not only does it work great, but it comes in come pretty tasty flavors that never leave my kids dreading to take it.  The flavors are:

• Sugar-free Dye-free Berry, Bubble Gum
• Grape, Blue Raspberry
• Fruit and Dye-Free White Grape flavors

There’s also Infants’ Advil® White Grape, which provides unsurpassed fever relief with a syringe for easy dosing for children 6-23 months.

Another Pfizer product that you can pretty much always find in our house is Children’s Dimetapp® Cold & Cough. This is a product that has been kept in my house for years. It tackles a child’s most bothersome stuffy and runny noses, all while working to relieve cough.ChildrensDimetappMnemonic

Last and certainly not least, we can’t forget the Children’s Robitussin® DM Day/Night Pack (Children’s Robitussin® Cough & Chest Congestion and Children’s Robitussin® Nighttime Cough) non-drowsy daytime formula helps break up chest congestion, while the long-acting nighttime formula relieves coughs and runny noses to help kids get the rest they need.ChildRobiDayNight_mnemonic

We all know that for the most part, a little sickness won’t stop a child. I seriously don’t know how they continue to go like they do when they’re sick. However, the meds can make them feel tired. I would much rather give my little guys Children’s Robitussin® Cough & Chest congestion non-drowsy daytime formula to help them get through their days and without a doubt, the Nighttime Cough helps them get the rest they need.
