Over the past month, we have added a Samsung Galaxy Tab A to our homeschool and let me say that it’s the best decision ever! It seems like with each new school year more and more is done online, which is awesome. The only problem this year has been, we have one school computer that both kids are trying to use. We were able to stagger it for a while, but it was starting to get harder as the year has went on.

It’s an item that we use every day for various things, and I’ll go as far to say that it’s the preferred choice when it comes to learning. The tablet is equipped with 32 GB memory storage, and features a convenient 9.7″ display that provides clear visuals. We use the Galaxy Tab A for basically everything. From school work, stop-motion videos and so much more.
This Samsung tablet supports Wi-Fi connectivity which makes is easy for us to research online, check emails when on the go or even stream videos.We have used the camera features quit a bit for regular photos and for stop motion video and we have no complaints at all. 
This tablet also allows me to multi-task which is what I’m known to always do. I can easily open two apps side by side which comes in very handy for the most part. I can look through photos, browse online or even open up my calendar at the same time. It’s such a time saver. No more flipping back and forth while working on projects.
As I mentioned, this tablet it also used for play, not just for work and school. With that being said, I love that I have the Kids Mode option. We really monitor our boys when they are using the tablet, but kids are kids. We can’t watch them like a hawk the entire time and they get curious. The Kids Mode really gives us a peace of mind.

Once again, this item came from eBay and at an awesome price of $25.69. This is a case and keyboard combined. The color is so much brighter than what the picture shows. 
This Ultra-Slim design case helps add maximum protection without all the bulk. The PU leather cover has a soft, microfiber-lined interior and The stand is adjustable and very securely holds the tablet in landscape mode.
The keyboard is magnetically detachable with makes travel very easy. It’s ultra slim as you can see in the picture and very light weight. It also integrates seamlessly with this tablet or any other Bluetooth enabled android device. This keyboard hasn’t disappointed at all. In fact, due to the size it has been perfect for my boys to use. They can reach the keys much easier on this keyboard, which of course has helped improve their typing speed. I’ve also noticed that the spring mechanism underneath each key ensures a tactile response, which is perfect for them. Even though this keyboard is smaller than my laptop, I find it even faster typing.
