Sesame Street Activity Ball Pit Review

What child doesn’t love rolling around and playing in balls!  We had thought about a ball pit for him many times in the past, but other toys always seemed to win out over it.  Well recently we had the opportunity to try the Sesame Street Activity Ball Pit from ToyQuest, and I could literally kick myself for not getting a  ball pit earlier with my son.  He is 2 1/2 now, but don’t get wrong.  He has literally played and played in this pit.  He has used it for it’s purpose as well as pretending it is a restaurant where he serves us our orders from behind the curtain on the back.  This activity center has really encouraged him to use his imagination non-stop.

Just the other day I did deflate it so that we can start getting ready for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and he was very upset.  This is a toy that he uses daily, but don’t let the picture fool you.  This ball pit is HUGE.  So in order to make room for the upcoming Christmas Tree it had to temporarily go down, but I have a feeling that I will be finding a new location for it.  I know that he isn’t going to let it stay down until after Christmas.  That is just too long for him considering how often he played in it.  The only bad thing about the Sesame Street Activity Ball Pit is that there aren’t many balls at all considering the size of the pit, so to really have tons more fun be sure to purchase an additional pack of balls to go with it. I also wanted to mention that it does take some time  blow it up.  I can’t take credit for my son’s as my fourteen year old did it and let me say that I received a few dirty looks from her as I was letting the air out of it.
