With the schedule that we carry during an average day, I find it more convenient to workout at home. One downside about working out at home is all the noise and the little people that always want to start carrying on a conversation. It never fails that while I am at the point of pushing the last few heavy reps that my little guys want to talk and then start asking why I’m not answering them.

While I certainly am not ignoring them, they have recently learned that when they see the Sol Republic Tracks Air on my head that I am in the middle of the workout and they play at my feet and wait until the end of my workout to start one of their long conversations.
How well do these things work? I am gonna say pretty darn good because it never fails when I first put them on that my seven year old has a million questions. I don’t play the music loud but I can’t hear a word he is saying which means they have to come off to answer the 100 questions he has prior to the workout starting!

They are lightweight and are very easily adjusted to fit different head sizes. I use them for workouts, my husband uses them for watching videos on his iPad when I am watching what he calls a “chick flick” on tv, and even my three and seven year old use it to play games on my iPhone or their tablet.
