This is such a beautiful book. The illustrations are breath-taking and I enjoyed reading through this with my boys. The page on the 12 days of Christmas held us up a tad. Of course we had to stop and sing it, and thank goodness for the pictures. It was fun matching the illustrations up with the words as we sang.
Not only have my boys enjoyed reading this, but I also purchased two additional copies of this book to give to my adult girls in their stockings. Both live on their own, but it warms my heart that they come and spend Christmas Eve night with me every year. Such an amazing feeling having the entire family under one roof.
