About Omar Aranda:
Omar Aranda studied Fine Arts in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he was born. Many top publishers and companies worldwide have commissioned him for projects including story artwork, comics, and character design. He started his career as an artistic painter but now devotes all of his time to illustrations for children’s products.
My Thoughts:
This is such a beautiful hardcover book and has been a wonderful addition to our home library. Upon opening the book, you’ll find a page where you can put who this book is being given too, from, and the date. Once Upon A Time Storybook Bible contains 33 of the greatest stories in the Bible. There are 18 stories from the Old Testament, and 15 from the New Testament.
At the beginning of each story, you’ll find a Bible verse that goes along with the story, and at the end of the story there is a “Happily Ever After” section. This is a little insert about the story that was just read, along with a book in the Bible and verse you can refer to for additional reading.
The stunning illustrations and the fact that the stories found throughout this book are easy-to-read, it quickly became a favorite in our house.
