With summer parties just around the corner, are you looking for an added twist when it comes to serving up your favorite dips? Our family are huge fans of the Water Better Snacks Tortilla chips and recently were introduced to their new line of SproutedBarley Crackers and let me just say that we were blown away!

We have used these crackers crumbled up in our salad and to go along with a variety of dips such as guacamole, bean dip, etc. These little crackers are packed full of flavor so they are also pretty amazing to just eat as a stand alone! Even our super picky eight year old likes these and that says a lot!

The sprouted barley crackers will come in four savory flavors:
❈ Rosemarry Me and Olive Oil
❈ Beyond the Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper
❈ Back in Black Bean and Salsa
❈ Mustard and Cheddar Way Better

In addition to sprouted barley, the crackers are made with heritage grains such as spelt and farro, and have an impressive 21 grams of whole grains per serving. Barley has the highest amount of fiber of any grain and is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Heritage grains add nutrients and depth of flavor — farro is high in protein while spelt provides a sweet, nutty flavor. Utilizing sprouted ingredients increases nutrients and improves their absorption.

These crackers are made with 100% whole grains, only premium and non-GMO ingredients, and are also all-natural, certified kosher and free of trans fat. Seriously these are worth checking out.  Also, head over to their site and check out their awesome recipes like this one.
