Why Krusteaz Protein Pancake Mix?

With 13g of added protein, it’s the perfect way to keep your family full and energized all day long. In keeping with Krusteaz’s commitment to simplified and wholesome ingredients, the new protein pancake is free of partially hydrogenated oils, high-fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.

In our family, like many across the country, breakfast is a staple. Depending on the day, we have a wide range of foods. It could be eggs and toast one day, followed by yogurt and fruit the next and on occasion we have to toss in pancakes since they are a family favorite.

This past weekend, I decided to whip up some Pumpkin Pecan Protein Pancakes for breakfast and they were a huge hit in our house! These pancakes have more of a cake consistency and are amazingly delicious topped with whipped topping and extra pecans.Pumpkin Protein Pancake
